What are polyurea and polyaspartic coatings?
They’re advanced coatings for concrete, with better durability, UV resistance and faster cure times than epoxy. We use a polyurea base coat and a polyaspartic top coat.
Why not epoxy?
Cheap epoxy floors can peel, yellow in the sun and stain. Our polyurea base bonds deep into ground concrete, and the polyaspartic top coat resists UV, stains and chemicals.
How long does it take?
Most projects are finished in a single day, thanks to the fast cure times of our coatings. That includes the grinding, repairs, base coat, flake and top coat.
Can you coat over my existing coating?
No, we never coat over an existing coating. Old coatings are stripped down to bare concrete first, so the base coat can bond deep.
How do I maintain it?
Very little is needed, just a mild detergent and water when it needs cleaning. A quick sweep or mop keeps it looking like new.
Is it safe indoors?
Yes, our coatings have low or zero VOC content, so they’re safe for indoor use. That makes them a good fit for garages, shops and home gyms.
Will it yellow in the sun?
No, our coatings are UV resistant and won’t yellow or degrade in the sun. That’s why they work so well on patios and other outdoor areas.
